How do I buy tickets for one of the INDULGE food experiences? Can I pay cash?
Tickets can be purchased through our website, payment options include PayPal or Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance, we recommend booking well in advance to guarantee the day, time and number of tickets that you prefer. Cash payment or walk-up traffic on the day of the tours will not be accepted.
How much food will I get?
You will get enough food throughout the tour, the tastings usually equal a good-sized meal. We can guarantee that nobody will leave our tours hungry!
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary preferences?
We will try our best to accommodate the special dietary needs of our guests, however, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible. Please identify your dietary needs/preferences (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free etc.) when you book, so that our guides know in advance and will be able to identify items you might want to avoid. If you have life-threatening allergies, we would not recommend taking one of our food experiences.
Do you serve beverages/alcohol during the tour?
You will get a water bottle at the beginning of each tour, and there will always be water/sometimes other non-alcoholic beverages for the sit-down tastings. Some of our food experiences also include alcoholic drink samples at some of the stops.
Occasionally, we offer the opportunity to buy an additional glass of wine or beer with some of the tastings for people who are interested. Please note that these are extras that have to be paid separately.
Can I bring children on the tour?
Our food experiences are not suitable for children under 6 years old, we also don’t have a “children price” as we only offer one tasting size.
Parents know their children best, so should assess the situation individually. Please note that our tours are approximately 3 hours long, and some children have a limited attention span. Also, there will be a lot of standing and walking, please keep this in mind when deciding whether our tours are appropriate for your children.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Our food experiences usually take place rain, shine or snow. Please dress according to the weather conditions and bring an umbrella, if necessary.
Are your food tours handicap accessible?
Unfortunately not. Our food tours are walking tours and not all roads/stops are wheelchair accessible.
Are bathrooms available during the tours?
Yes, bathrooms are available throughout the tour. Our guides will point out where you can find them.
Do I need to buy a ticket if I’m not eating on the tour?
We cannot accept any non-paying individuals on any of our tours. The ticket price not only covers the food tastings but also your guide’s salary who will tell you many historical, cultural and culinary stories throughout our food experiences.
If the tour that I want is sold out on the date of my choice, can I get on a waiting list?
No, we do not provide waiting lists. If a date and time is sold out, there is a chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please contact us if you do not see any availability, make sure to include the date that you are interested in as well as your group size.
What is your Refund Policy?
You are allowed to cancel or reschedule your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the start of the food tour. Within 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel a tour, nor are you entitled to a refund. However, you may transfer your participation right to the food experience to another person subject to prior written notification to us.

Are your tours only in English?
Yes, for the moment being, our public tours are only in English. However, we can certainly arrange for German tours in case you are interested in a private tour.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we certainly do offer (delicious) gift cards! You can order them here.
Can I book a private tour?
Of course! Private tours are perfect for corporate events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, anniversaries, family gatherings or out-of-town guests. We are more than happy to create a private, custom-designed tour to fit all your needs, wishes and pace.

Are gratuities included in the price?
Gratuities are not included in the price of our tours, it is left up to your discretion whether or not you would like to give a tip to your tour guides.
