“We attended an exclusive event at the Dolder and had an amazing time. The director of food & beverage himself did guide us through the Dolder together with Indulge. We started the tour by tasting cocktails based on art that is on display at the Dolder. The bartender has won several awards and has worked in some of the best bars in the world. The cocktail was super tasty and put us in the right mood to start the tour.

Once we had our cocktail we had a look behind the scenes of the restaurant where chefs from different cuisines let us help them. We had the opportunity to make our desserts in the patisserie. Following that we did the main dishes which were just so tasty. Tuna sashimi, steak tartare and freshly made falafel together with Lebanese master chef Firas El-Borj.

Once we had the opportunity to enjoy the amazing food the director took us for a walk behind the scenes where we visited the wine cellar and the flower room and finished our tour in the chocolate room where the Dolder creates their own chocolates – of course we could taste them all 🙂

We finished our tour by being taken to the maestro suite where our desserts were served with a stunning view of the lake of Zurich.
