Our sister company ÉTOILE – L’Atelier des Gourmands is an exclusive culinary institute in Zurich where you can learn from some of the best chefs in Switzerland.

Founded by a Cordon Bleu-trained Chef, ÉTOILE aims at providing professional cooking classes as well as culinary experiences of different levels: Whether you are an absolute beginner who has rarely stepped into a kitchen, an advanced home cook looking for new inspiration or a professional chef who wants to take things to the next level… ÉTOILE will have something to suit. All of our classes are for a maximum of 12 people to ensure an intimate, personal setting where our chefs can devote sufficient attention to each and every student.

Persian cuisine, a great revelation Chef Amely and INDULGE spiritus rector Yuan have taken us on an unforgettable journey to discover the authentic flavors of Iran and Tajikistan. Well done & well done! It was my first cooking class with INDULGE, but everything was organized to perfection. I will for sure do it again, no matter what the next kitchen will be.

My husband and I had the best time learning how to cook Japanese ourselves at ETOILE. I loved how easy yet versatile the dinner was which included something for everyone. Also, I found it great that it included a vegetarian option #bestevertofu. The salmon and asian inspired salad were delicious as well and for sure something we can recreate at home. Best thing for me was the matcha flavored layer dessert! YUM!
